What does your own app cost?
The set-up depends on which features you need; the price is set out in the quote. Running the app starts at €79 a month: hosting of the database, backups, updates and support, cancellable monthly and with no minimum term. Tell us by email or phone what your working day looks like and you’ll receive a quote for both.
Do we need an app store?
No. The app runs in the browser and can be added to your phone's home screen like an app. Push notifications work from there too, including on iPhone.
Where is our data stored?
The database is hosted with Supabase in the Frankfurt data centre (EU, AWS eu-central-1), the app is delivered via Cloudflare and emails are sent via Resend. Data is transmitted encrypted. Each company sees only its own data, and each person only what belongs to their role; maintenance access is limited to Mundara, no third parties. Everything is backed up once a week. We provide the data processing agreement before the start. Data is deleted on request; the periods are agreed in the contract.
Will the app look like our business?
Yes. Logo, colours and typefaces come from your brand. If you don't have a design yet, we create it too.
Do you build websites as well?
Yes. With us, an app is usually an extension of your website: enquiries from the website go straight into your app, and both carry the same brand. You have one contact and one contract for both.
