Do my staff need training?
The app always shows the next step in large type, in plain language and with large buttons. A short PDF guide is included.
Does it work on every phone?
Yes, on iPhone and Android. The app is added to the home screen from the browser, no app store needed.
Can everyone see everything?
No. Each person only sees the jobs they are assigned to. Your team signs in with a password and a two-factor code.
What does a team app cost?
That depends on which features your team needs, such as checklists, time tracking or holiday planning, and whether the app works together with a dashboard and client portal. After the intro call you receive a quote for the set-up; running the app, including hosting of the database, backups, updates and support, starts at €79 a month.
Is a mileage log included?
Yes. Your team records every trip on the phone – start and destination by GPS, odometer reading and purpose. Once completed, the entry can no longer be changed, corrections are logged, and you export everything in one click. Please note: strict rules apply for a mileage log to be recognised for tax purposes – we build it to meet those requirements, but whether it is accepted should be confirmed with your tax adviser.
