Our own system or my existing provider?
Our own system is the standard: choice of service and practitioner, group enquiries, a reminder the day before, hand-over into your app and no commission per booking. If you already have a reservation or appointment system you want to keep, we connect it to your website on request. For holiday rentals we use Smoobu, because it syncs the calendar with Airbnb and Booking.
Does the system have ongoing fees?
Set-up is a one-off payment set out in the quote. Running your own system starts at €79 a month: hosting of the database, backups, updates and support, cancellable monthly and with no minimum term. There is no commission per booking. For holiday rentals, Smoobu, the calendar sync behind direct booking, has its own monthly fee, and your payment provider takes a fee per payment; we show you what applies to your property in the intro call. If we connect an existing system, its own fees apply. The data from your bookings belongs to your business.
Are customers and patients reminded of appointments?
Yes, if you like: a reminder goes out by email the day before. Cancelling or rescheduling works via a link in the message, without a phone call to the practice or salon.
What data is asked for when booking?
Only what is needed for the appointment, for example name, contact details, service and preferred time. Data is transmitted encrypted; the database of our own systems is hosted with Supabase in the Frankfurt data centre (EU).
Is there commission on direct bookings?
No. Our own booking system takes no commission per booking, and for holiday rentals, bookings made on your website go directly to you without commission. Your payment provider takes a fee per payment, and Smoobu has its own monthly fee; we show you what applies to you in the intro call.
