Does it work with our invoicing software?
Yes, if it has an API. Draft invoices are then created directly in your software, and sending and payment status are handled from the dashboard. This already runs with sevDesk; other programs we check in the intro call.
Can we connect other programs?
Anything with an API can generally be connected: invoicing software, calendar, booking system or your website. What makes sense for you, we work out in the intro call.
Can our team see the finances?
No. Each person only sees what belongs to their role. Your team sees its own jobs in the team app, your customers only their own data in the portal. Revenue and invoices stay in the dashboard.
What does a dashboard cost?
That depends on what it needs to do: just planning and customers, or also invoicing via your accounting software, a financial overview and website enquiries. After the intro call you receive a quote for the set-up; running the dashboard, including hosting of the database, backups, updates and support, starts at €79 a month.
