Niklas Walter. Founder of Mundara Group.

Design, production, publishing, marketing and apps from Gimbsheim in Rheinhessen, Germany. With me, your project comes together.

About me. How Mundara began.

I started out in 2020 – as a graphic designer, long before the agency existed. At first I made thumbnails for content creators in the gaming scene, working for some of the biggest names in the German-speaking world. I quickly knew this was what I wanted to do for a living.

In the years that followed I worked with many people and met some who are my colleagues today and part of the team. That became an idea: to work on projects as a settled team with exactly these people, instead of finding new creatives for every job. The idea came to me in the summer of 2025, on the spur of the moment in a bar in Bali; from that day on I set everything up to make it happen.

The ambition is still the same: work that lands. Designs that stand out, sometimes something unexpected, and ideas that move a brand forward – visually and strategically. For a larger undertaking you don’t have to hire several providers and keep them in sync: one team, one standard, one point of contact. For businesses of every size, from local trades to international brands, with a core team in Germany and Bali and a partner in Croatia.

A few years ago I wouldn’t have thought I’d be delivering projects of this scale today. That is exactly what excites me afresh every day: developing and building solutions for clients that genuinely help them and move their business forward – and sometimes simply a beautiful website and branding they love.

From the first idea through the quote to the finished result, you deal with me. In the journal I answer questions about websites, branding, video, social media, Google and apps.

I founded Mundara because good design shouldn’t depend on the size of a business. The salon round the corner gets the same care from us as a big brand.
